Overview

Aura Tide Collective is operated by Aura Motion Group Limited（奥动集团有限公司）. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that seller. These Terms govern use of our store and services, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies linked below.

Section 1 - Access and Accounts

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign to any other person, or license any other person to use your account.

Section 2 - Our Products

We aim to display product colours and images accurately. Screen displays may differ. Product descriptions and mandatory conformity rights remain binding as required by applicable law. Minor screen-related colour differences do not exclude remedies for materially misdescribed goods.

Product descriptions may be updated and products may be discontinued; this does not remove the contractual or statutory rights attached to an existing purchase.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase. Aura Tide Collective reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Your purchase transactions are subject to our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges. You represent and warrant that your purchase of products is for personal or household use only and not for any commercial resale or export purposes.

We do not provide voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond applicable legal requirements. Mandatory rights remain available under our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs or import duties.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law. Where consumer law requires delivery to you or your nominated recipient, handing goods to our carrier does not itself transfer that risk. Mandatory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Our Service, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, and the name "Aura Tide Collective", are owned by Aura Tide Collective or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and links "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or websites.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. These Terms operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in them deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim before a court available under applicable law.
