Return Policy Overview
At Aura Tide Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and unused.
- With all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
2. Return Shipping & Fees
Please note the following cost responsibilities regarding returns:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
*Exception: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 1: Email us at service@auratidecollective.com with your Order # and reason for return.
Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Approval: If approved, your refund (minus the 2% restocking fee) will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Late Refunds: If more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@auratidecollective.com.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.
7. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
