Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer Free Priority Shipping on all orders over $89 USD.
- Orders over $89: FREE
- Orders under $89: Flat Rate $7.99 USD
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- United States: 8 - 12 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 8 - 12 Business Days
- European Union: 8 - 12 Business Days
- Canada / Australia: 8 - 14 Business Days
- Rest of World: 8 - 20 Business Days
4. International Shipping Policy
We are proud to serve customers globally. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following terms regarding international shipments:
- Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office.
- Payment of Duties: Aura Tide Collective does not collect duties and taxes during checkout. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to carrier limitations or local regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain remote locations or conflict zones. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Aura Tide Collective is not liable for packages stated as "Delivered" by the courier but reported lost or stolen by the customer. However, we are here to help. If you encounter this issue:
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the issue persists, contact us at info@auratidecollective.com for assistance in filing a claim.
8. Import Duties & Taxes
We offer different duty arrangements depending on your shipping destination. Please refer to the table below:
