At Aura Tide Collective, we specialize in tennis and equestrian–inspired products — including sportswear, jewelry, and protective gear designed for both the court and the riding arena.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment is completed. Please note that processing times may be extended during public holidays or high-volume periods.

Each order is carefully reviewed before shipment. If any item is out of stock or requires a delivery delay, our team will contact you promptly via email to provide updates or alternative options.

Sustainable Packaging

We believe in responsible packaging. Your order will be securely packed to protect your items while avoiding unnecessary waste.
If you would like gift wrapping or to ship directly to a gift recipient, please email auratidecollective@outlook.com immediately after placing your order with your order number and special instructions. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Confirmation

For guidance on product care and maintenance, please refer to the care instructions available on the respective product pages. To minimize paper waste, we do not include printed care manuals in our packaging.
