1. 주문 처리
소요 기간: 영업일 기준 3–5일 저희 팀이 주문 처리, 품질 검사 및 포장을 진행하는 기간입니다. 주말이나 공휴일 주문은 다음 영업일에 처리됩니다.
*안내: 블랙 프라이데이 또는 새해 등 주문이 많은 기간에는 처리에 영업일 기준 최대 7일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
2. 배송 요금
제공 혜택: 무료 우선 배송 다음 금액을 초과하는 모든 주문: $89 USD.
- $89 초과 주문: 무료
- $89 미만 주문: 정액 $7.99 USD
3. 예상 배송 기간
배송 기간은 주문일이 아닌 발송일부터 계산합니다.
- 미국: 영업일 기준 8–12일
- 영국: 영업일 기준 8–12일
- 유럽연합: 영업일 기준 8–12일
- 아시아(홍콩, 싱가포르, 일본 등): 영업일 기준 6–10일
- 캐나다 / 호주: 영업일 기준 8–14일
- 기타 국가: 영업일 기준 8–20일
4. 국제 배송 정책
전 세계 고객에게 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 원활한 배송을 위해 아래 국제 배송 조건을 확인해 주세요:
- 통관 및 관세: 국제 배송은 도착 국가에서 수입세, 관세 및 통관 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다. 해당 비용은 현지 세관에서 결정합니다.
- 관세 납부: Aura Tide Collective는 결제 시 관세와 세금을 징수하지 않습니다. 모든 추가 통관 비용은 수취인이 부담해야 합니다. 당사는 이러한 비용을 통제하거나 금액을 예측할 수 없습니다.
- 통관 지연: 고객 국가의 세관으로 인해 발생하는 지연에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 배송 조회
발송 후 배송 조회 번호와 소포 추적 링크가 포함된 발송 확인 이메일을 받으실 수 있습니다.
운송업체 시스템의 배송 조회 정보가 업데이트되기까지 최대 48시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
6. 배송 제한
현재 전 세계 대부분의 국가로 배송합니다. 다만 운송업체의 제한이나 현지 규정으로 일부 외딴 지역 또는 분쟁 지역에는 배송하지 못할 수 있습니다. 해당 주소로 배송할 수 없는 경우 즉시 연락드리고 전액 환불합니다.
7. 분실 또는 도난 소포
배송 완료로 표시되지만 소포를 찾을 수 없다면 지정한 안전 장소, 가족 또는 건물 직원에게 확인한 후 다음 주소로 문의해 주세요: support@auratidecollective.com 신속히 연락해 주세요. 운송업체와 함께 조사하고 관련 법률이 요구하는 구제를 제공합니다. 배송 조회 상태만으로 법정 권리가 배제되지 않습니다. 신속한 신고는 조사에 도움이 되며 법적 청구에 대한 일괄적인 기한을 뜻하지 않습니다.
