1. Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and discreetly pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- *During high-volume periods (like Valentine's Day, Black Friday, or New Year), processing may take up to 6-7 business days.
- *Neither party shall be liable for delays resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, etc.) beyond reasonable control.

We offer Free Priority Shipping on all orders over $89.

3. Shipping Modes & Carriers
To ensure optimal delivery speed, we utilize a Multi-Modal Logistics Network:
- ✈️ Air Freight (Primary): Used for the majority of international orders to ensure fast transit.
- 🚚 Ground/Land Transport: Used for "Last Mile" delivery via local carriers (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, etc.).
- 🚢 Ocean/Sea Freight: Occasionally utilized for bulkier shipments or specific regional routes.
Rest assured, all shipments are fully tracked and insured.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the link in the email or on our website's Track Order page.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
We offer different duty arrangements depending on your shipping destination. Please refer to the table below:

Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order. |
*Aura Tide Collective has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their exact amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking states "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days.
7. European Union Customer Rights
If your order is shipping to a destination within the European Union, the following rights apply under the EU right of withdrawal:
- Right to Cancel: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped, for any reason and without justification. To cancel, please contact us immediately at service@auratidecollective.com or through your customer account.
- Return Window: Your 14-day right of withdrawal period begins from the date of delivery of the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized products made to your specifications are not eligible for cancellation or return under this right.
